Joseph Piskulic – Blog: A labor of love or just a labor? It takes time to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. In that spirit I bring you my first bit of advice. Take time on the things that matter and get them out of your head. If you are always jumping from fire to fire without taking time to get something done the right way then soon enough you will have a pile of firewood just waiting to be lit. Finding the time to put in the extra effort and focus for fixing something can always seem difficult at first, but make the time by trading something in your typical operations tempo. You can always delegate for the time being and/or cover it again next week. Just be sure to take a minute and get those thoughts out and write them down. The worst thing is to let the rattle around too long and miss an opportunity to make good use of them or put them to work!

So, post number one isn’t anything earth shattering but it at least is out of my head.
